Your purchase is a contract with Query OÜ, who write every report on this site and sell it to you directly. These are the terms.

AnteSEO is a product of Query OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under registry code 14857299, at Teeveere tee 11, Vääna-Jõesuu küla, 76909 Harku vald, Harju maakond.
You can reach us at hello@anteseo.com, which is a monitored address and the fastest way to get an answer from a person, or by telephone on +372 5562 9887.
A pre-SEO report about one website: a written document, delivered as a PDF, that lists the pages we think the site is missing and gives a brief for each one. It is produced by crawling the site you name and reading what it says, together with any answers you give us.
The prose in it is written by a language model, from what the crawl read, and how a report gets made says whose model it is and what it is allowed to do. The division of labour is exact, and it is the strength of the thing rather than an admission: the model phrases the findings and never computes them, so every figure in the report was measured and every finding names the page we read it on.
It is sold per domain, and what you may do with it is nearly everything: use it, copy it, print it, quote it in a proposal, take the briefs out of it and give them to somebody, hand the whole document to whoever writes your pages, inside your business or outside it. An agency may buy a report about a client's site and give it to the client, which is most of what the page for agencies is about.
The copyright in the document stays with us, and one thing follows from that: our name stays on it. There is no rebranded build of the PDF and the running head is on every sheet, so a report you pass on is one that says who wrote it. Selling it on as a document of your own is the single use this does not cover.
It is not an SEO service, a retainer, or work performed on your website. Work on your site, if you want it, is a separate job: we charge €50 an hour, and only for what you ask us to do. We do not promise a ranking, a position, a volume of traffic or an outcome of any kind, and any report that appeared to promise one would be wrong: the product exists precisely because those promises are the thing it is defined against.
The report is our reasoned opinion, formed from what your site said on the day we read it. Acting on it is your decision.
You are buying from Query OÜ, the company named above. We write the report and we sell it: there is no reseller and no merchant of record in between, so the name on your invoice, the name in this contract and the name on the report are one name.
The payment itself is taken by EveryPay, our payment provider, and settled into our bank account. They handle the card and we never see it, but they are not the seller and they issue you nothing: the invoice comes from us, with your report.
Everything comes to hello@anteseo.com — the report, the crawl, a charge, an invoice, a refund — because there is now only one of us to ask.
AnteSEO sells to businesses. Buying a report means you are buying it for your business rather than as a consumer.
That is what the checkout asks about: a company name, a registry code and a country, before you reach the card. The registry code is required, and the same three details are what your invoice is made out to.
One thing follows from it that is worth naming rather than leaving to be discovered: the consumer rights that come with buying at a distance, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal among them, belong to a buyer this checkout cannot have. The refund policy says what we owe you instead, and all of it is our own promise rather than a statute's.
€49 for every report, whichever domain it is about and however many that domain has had before. That is the whole figure: Query OÜ is not registered for VAT, so no tax is added to it and none is shown separately on your invoice. The price on the page is the amount that leaves your account.
Everything is priced and charged in euro, wherever you are. A card issued in another currency will be converted by your own bank at their rate, which is between you and them and is the one part of the total we cannot tell you in advance.
Each report is a single purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Reports so far have taken between five and fifteen minutes. A large site takes longer, and the link is emailed to you the moment it is ready, so there is nothing to sit and wait for. The link is private to you and the PDF downloads from it, and the same PDF is attached to the email.
If we cannot produce a report at all, we refund you in full. See the refund policy.
That the site is yours, or that you are authorised to order a report about it. Nothing in the funnel stops you naming a site you have no relationship with, and we would rather ask it here than put a tickbox in front of a customer to collect a promise we cannot check: ordering a report on somebody else's site is a misuse of the product, and we will refuse it, or refund it when we find out afterwards.
We crawl the site you name, and we do it as a well-behaved crawler. Every request carries the header x-anteseo, which names us and points at a page describing the crawler, and is what an allowlist or a block can be written against. We space our requests out. We read the pages in an ordinary browser, because what we are measuring is what a browser sees, and we do not attempt to reach anything behind a login.
We read robots.txt and obey it, with three exceptions that are better named here than left in the code. Your home page is fetched before robots.txt can have been read, and is never ruled out by it afterwards: it is the one address a report cannot do without. The four requests that work out which of the bare name, www., http and https is your real front door do not read it either. Nor does the single check that a site can be reached at all, which happens the moment a domain is typed, before anybody has paid. A Crawl-delay is honoured up to five seconds and no further, because a site asking for a minute between requests is asking for longer than a report is worth waiting for. And a site whose robots.txt disallows everything gets its home page read and nothing else, and the report says so rather than working around it, which on a site that wants to be found is itself the finding.
Anything you write in the four questions should be yours to share with us.
We provide the report with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, the total liability of Query OÜ to you for anything arising out of a report is limited to what you paid for it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed. What binds a report is the version that was published on the day you paid for it: we keep every earlier one, and if a change matters to a report you already have, write to us and we will send you the wording you bought under.
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer that does not deprive you of the protection of the law where you live, and it does not move the courts either: you may bring a claim against us in Estonia or in the country you live in, whichever suits you, and we may only bring one against you where you live.
Before any of that, write to us: almost everything that could reach a court from here would have been a refund. A consumer in Estonia who wants somebody else to decide can take the complaint, free of charge, to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet). A consumer elsewhere in the EU has the equivalent body at home.
