Who answers what
One address for everything about the report, the crawl, this site, a charge, an invoice or a refund: hello@anteseo.com. It is monitored, it is the fastest way to get an answer from a person, and there is no second company to be sent on to.

The address is monitored. We have not been running long enough to promise a reply time and would rather not invent one, so what we will say is that nothing sits unanswered.
One address, for all of it
Query OÜ writes the report and sells it. There is no reseller and no merchant of record in between, so there is no second company to be sent to and no question that belongs to somebody else.
- Anything about a report
- hello@anteseo.com, with the link to your report if you have one.
- Our crawler in your logs
- The crawler page answers most of it, and the address is at the bottom of it.
- Whether we can read your site
- The page on which sites we can report on is faster, and the check before payment is faster still.
- A charge you do not recognise
- Us. Send the domain or the email address you used and we will find it.
- An invoice
- Us. It comes with your report, and we can reissue it or correct it.
- A refund
- Us. The refund policy says what qualifies, and the money comes back from our own account.
On a card statement the charge appears through our payment provider rather than as AnteSEO, which is the most common reason somebody writes to us. Send us the domain and we will match it to the sale.
If you have already had a report
Send the link. It identifies the report, the domain and the crawl behind it in one, which is everything we need to look at whatever you have found.
Not if you disagree with it: it is an opinion, and disagreeing with it is reasonable. But if it states something about your site as a matter of fact that is not true, tell us what and we will look. Every finding is supposed to be traceable to a page we actually read, so a wrong one is a fault of ours: we will correct the report or refund it.
If we crawled a site and you are not the customer
Our terms require the buyer to own the site or be authorised to act for whoever does. If you believe nobody with that authority asked for a crawl of your site, send us the domain and roughly when you saw us: we will tell you when it was bought, refund it, and refuse further sales on that domain if you want us to.
The crawler page has the header to match in a log and how to turn us away in the meantime.
