The product

What is in an AnteSEO report

A written document about one website, delivered as a PDF and readable at a private link. It names every page the site should have and does not, briefs each one, and says in what order to write them. The sample is 55 A4 sheets. Yours is the same document about your site, and it runs to whatever your site and your answers give it to say.

Every section, in the order it prints

These are the sections of the sample report at /sample, which is a complete report on a real business. A report on a site with more to say has more in each one; the shape does not change.

The verdict
The finding in one page: what is holding the site back, worst first, and one rating with the reasoning under it.
What your site says today
What the crawl found, as measurements: the pages read, the words on them, what would not load, and what a machine can state about the business.
What you told us
Your own answers, printed back, because everything below is held against them.
What you sell, and whether your site says so
Each thing you told us you sell, and whether the site says it anywhere.
What your buyers ask, and where your site answers it
The questions buyers ask, and for each one whether the site answers it, answers it twice in two different ways, or leaves it.
Pages to write
The whole list, not a shortlist. Every page the site should have, with an address, and a full brief for each.
Pages you already have
Each page that exists, and whether to expand it, rewrite it, merge it, split it or leave it alone.
Your site, once these exist
The shape the site makes once the new pages are in it.
Risks: contradictions, dead ends and claims you cannot support
Where the site disagrees with itself, promises what it does not deliver, or claims something with nothing behind it.
What to do first
The order to do the work in, and what we need from you before some of it can be written.
Basic housekeeping
The short technical fixes on the way there, listed last because they are the least of it.
Five things you can set up yourself this week
Free, no developer, an afternoon: the parts of being found that need no page written.

Read the whole of one at /sample, on the page or as the PDF.

A page brief, in full

The list of pages is the headline, and the briefs are the work. Each one is written for whoever has to produce the page: who reads it, the questions it has to answer, what belongs on it, and the facts only the business has, which owners find hardest and which have to be dug out before a word can be written.

/quote/

Send your drawing and get a quote

The home page asks for drawings and never says where to send them, in what format, or what happens next, so every enquiry starts with an email asking how to enquire. This page turns your most-asked question into something the buyer can settle alone.

Who it is for
A design engineer with a finished drawing and a deadline, deciding this evening whether to send it to you.
Questions it answers
  • How do I send my drawing, and in what file format?
  • How long does a quote take, and how long until I have parts?
  • What would a part like mine cost?
  • Can you actually make my part, or not?
What goes on the page
  • The file formats you can open, and what to send if the drawing is on paper
  • What to put in the enquiry so the quote comes back first time: quantity, material, tolerance, surface finish and required delivery date
  • How many working days a quote takes, and that it is free
  • Whether you sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving drawings, and who signs it
  • What happens after the order: first article, series production, inspection, packing, delivery terms
  • Who handles the enquiry: Tõnis Keel for production questions, Kirsti Fischer for international enquiries on +49 162 8711986
  • At the bottom: the enquiry form with drawing upload, or info@mikroonik.com
What you have to supply
  • The drawing file formats you can accept and open
  • How many working days a quote takes
  • Whether you sign non-disclosure agreements, and who signs them
  • Delivery terms and typical shipping method and transit time to Germany

That is one of 18 in the sample. It is a brief rather than a draft: you can write the page from it yourself, or have us write it and put it on your site at €50 an hour, and what to do with a brief is its own page.

What "technical basics checked" actually means

Every one of these is measured mechanically on the pages we read, before a word of the report is written. It is the last section of the document rather than the first, because none of it is why a business is or is not found, but they are cheap to fix and it would be strange to read a site and not say.

  • Pages sharing one title
  • Pages sharing one summary
  • Pages with no title
  • Pages with no summary
  • Titles cut off, or too short to say anything
  • Summaries cut off, or too short
  • Pages a machine cannot read as a business
  • Pages that point at another page as the real one
  • Pages that do not say which address is the real one
  • Pages telling search engines to ignore them
  • Pages the server tells search engines to ignore
  • Language versions that do not point back at each other
  • Pages with no main heading
  • Pages with more than one main heading
  • Photographs with no words behind them
  • Pages too short to answer anything
  • Pages that do not adapt to a phone
  • Pages that only answer after two or more forwards
  • Pages asking for a file that is not there
  • Pages where a script stopped part way
  • Addresses of yours that should be sent to one of the others
  • Pages of yours your robots.txt hides

Each one that fails prints with an instruction beside it rather than a status. A row that ends in a score is a row from a different product.

What is not in it

Taken from the terms unchanged, because a refusal has to be the same sentence everywhere it appears:

What it is not

It is not an SEO service, a retainer, or work performed on your website. Work on your site, if you want it, is a separate job: we charge €50 an hour, and only for what you ask us to do. We do not promise a ranking, a position, a volume of traffic or an outcome of any kind, and any report that appeared to promise one would be wrong: the product exists precisely because those promises are the thing it is defined against.

So there is no keyword list, no search volumes, no rank tracking, no backlink audit and no competitor scoreboard. Those are SEO, they are worth paying for, and they are worth paying for once the pages exist. Why an audit tool cannot find a missing page is the argument in full.

The report is our reasoned opinion, formed from what your site said on the day we read it. Every finding in it is traceable to a page we actually opened, and the pipeline drops any address the writing round names that the crawl did not read.

What you get, and what you keep

  • A private link to the report, which stays up
  • The same document as a PDF, yours to keep and to forward to whoever writes the pages
  • Every page the site should have, with an address for each and the question it answers
  • A brief per page, and the order to write them in
  • One list of the proof you have to go and find before anybody can start

€49 for each report, with no VAT added. The pricing page has the detail, including why a VAT number of your own changes nothing.

The same document, about your site

Type your domain, answer four optional questions about your business, and your report is generated after payment. If you would rather read one first, the sample is complete and about a real business.
