Refunds and cancellation

What happens if the report is not what you needed, or never arrives.

Last updated 5 October 2026.

If we cannot produce a report

A full refund, without argument. Some sites cannot be read: a firewall turns our crawler away, the site is empty, the server never answers. We check for most of this before taking your money and refuse the sale rather than take it, but the check is one look at the home page and it cannot see everything.

The check is one look at your home page, made while you are answering the questions. It asks for https:// first and falls back to http:// only if https could not be reached at all. If it fails, you are shown what we saw and offered the address back in an editable box, because it is usually a typo. Your answers are kept, and nothing is charged. Which sites we can report on lists what it catches and what it cannot.

A site can also stop us part way. If enough pages in a row refuse us, whether a rate limit that trips or a firewall that notices a crawler, we stop knocking and build the report out of what we had read by then. You get a real report rather than a failure, and after a crawl that ended early it can be a thin one: if it is too thin to be worth what you paid, say so and we will refund it.

If a report fails after you have paid, write to us and we will either finish it by hand or refund you.

Nothing in the pipeline gives up on work that could still succeed, which is right when a model is briefly unavailable at four in the morning and means a report in trouble looks like a progress bar that has stopped rather than like a failure. If yours is still not finished a day after you paid, write to us: that is a fault of ours and it is a refund.

If you change your mind

Changing your mind is not one of the things on this page, and it is fairer to say so than to leave it to be discovered. It is usually ready in a quarter of an hour, and the link is emailed to you. By the time you are deciding whether you wanted it, you have read it, and there is nothing to give back.

The fourteen-day right of withdrawal that comes with buying online is consumer law, and it does not apply to this purchase. A company name and a registry code are required before you reach the card, with no way past either, so every buyer here is a business and the right has nobody to belong to. That is why there is no withdrawal form on this site and no fourteen-day window anywhere in these pages. If we ever sell to consumers, the right comes back with them and this section says so.

Write to us before it is finished and we will stop it and refund you, if we still can, though the work starts within seconds of the payment clearing, so there is usually nothing to stop. After that, the paragraphs above and below are what we owe you: a report we could not produce is a refund, and so is a report that gets your site wrong.

If the report is wrong

Not if you disagree with it: the report is an opinion, and disagreeing with it is a reasonable thing to do. But if it states something about your site as a matter of fact that is not true, tell us what and we will look. Every finding is supposed to be traceable to a page we actually read, so a wrong one is a fault of ours and we will correct the report or refund it.

How to ask

Write to hello@anteseo.com with the link to your report, and we will arrange it. Refunds go back to the payment method that paid: the card, the wallet, the bank account.

There is one address and one decision. Query OÜ is the seller, so the money is ours to return and there is nobody else to take the request to, which also means nobody else can decline it on our behalf. We read the report, we answer, and the refund leaves our account.

You get a credit note with it: a document quoting the invoice it reverses and what went back, which is what your own bookkeeping needs to close the other one. It comes in the reply, the way the invoice came with the report.

It reaches you as fast as the payment network moves, which for a card is usually a few working days and is not in our hands once it is sent.
